HB AB : )
I know what that pink frosting would be good on btw ; )
What's ya'll's favorite celebrity chefs you like to watch and duplicate recipes?
Some of mine are;
Happy day airbud
Fave chef, Jamie Oliver
I like watching Diners Drive-Ins and Dives
Can not go wrong with Guy!!!!
Happy Birthday Bud! Give me a tall glass of cold milk and I would devour that cake.
I'm a huge fan of Martha Stewart, and Lidia Bastianich. Those gals make amazing food that's not difficult to make. Gordon Ramsey is great and I love his attitude on all of his shows, very funny actually. Lastly I love America's Test Kitchen on PBS.
I do like watching those food wishes videos! Can't forget Anthony Bourdain for me.
Pati's Mexican Table on PBS. Her accent is comical, and she makes killer looking food. Sadly, it looks like they've shuffled the schedule for 2018 and now there's some veggie loving lady on in that time slot.
I remember watching the Galloping Gourmet in the late '60s.
Slow cooked pinto beans with cornbread, and big chunks of shank ham leftover from Christmas.
just had some leftover banana pudding.....good stuff when the cookies get soft!
Damn I probably haven't had banana pudding and wafers for probably 20 yrs or more. I'll put it on my list.
Never tried them but lol
What's there to make if you can buy all that stuff in a can? Don't say that you used sponge mix!
No cooking tonight, just got back from Cracker Barrel. Had chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, fried okra, cheese grits, and 2 biscuits. I'm stuffed.
homemade spaghetti sauce tonight...
Chicken fried rice, my once a week indulgence. I have to eat a ton of fish now I had my heart attack in May.
Man, that can change a menu (literally) in a heartbeat.
BLACKENED is the way to go on fish. PITA but worth it. Be it wahoo, grouper, mahi-mahi....it's all good.
P.S. Please don't say tuna fish.........Thick cut cool, in a can, not so much
Are those green peppers at the top?
