Yeah kind of actually, or you could wrap it up in a tortilla with cheese and make a burrito.

Chili is done, I've made a special presentation if Gordon Ramsey is viewing. Black and Red beans, Cento tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Williams chili seasoning, with some blended cheese in the center surrounded by saltine crackers.

Well, true. But to be honest, it's not very common and I'm certain that even southern European countries use dried cod (or dried fish), much much more. LipeƤkala for example is something that people may eat when it's Christmas. Dried fish in any form is not exactly very common. Never tasted kapakale for example and I'm not actually sure if it's even available to buy in normal stores.

    Today's breakfast:

The Aroma rice cooker is amazing! Made some jasmine rice with peas and carrots and pork shoulder earlier and it all came out perfect! I love this machine!

Some really great food listed in this post. I remember a few years back in order to give back to the old vets my father and I would go to the VA hospitals around Thanksgiving and give food to those vets during the holidays. They were very thankful. My father talked to one vet that was from vietnam awhile and asked one of the nurses if we could bring him back to our house so he could enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner but it was against the hospital policy to leave the area. So we came back the next day with more food for him and his friends.

Bought this Gotham copper pan earlier today and wow!

    https://www.walmart.com/ip/Gotham-Steel-9-5-in-Square-Frying-Pan-Copper-As-Seen-on-TV/767376166

It really does work like they show it in the commercials. So far I've made sunny side up eggs and an omelet with no butter or oil. I know in the reviews a lot of people are saying that it doesn't work like its supposed to, but there is a certain technique to using it. You don't want to go past medium heat, and you don't want to start sliding your food around until the bottom has had a good chance to cook. For example this video is a good beginner's tutorial. Gonna make my first ever fritatta tomorrow, gotta go pick up some potatoes, mushrooms, onion, cheese and sausage. :) Will post pics.
