Chili is done, I've made a special presentation if Gordon Ramsey is viewing. Black and Red beans, Cento tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Williams chili seasoning, with some blended cheese in the center surrounded by saltine crackers.
Awesome late night snack.
This is more addictive than the majority of known drugs. Fried salted almonds...
Okay everyone, name one tasty Finnish food. Actually, just name one actually Finnish food.
Finland is not Iceland or Norway, but still... something with dried cod
Oh man I love almonds! Especially when covered in chocolate.
No dried cod here.
Are you sure?
Well, true. But to be honest, it's not very common and I'm certain that even southern European countries use dried cod (or dried fish), much much more. Lipeäkala for example is something that people may eat when it's Christmas. Dried fish in any form is not exactly very common. Never tasted kapakale for example and I'm not actually sure if it's even available to buy in normal stores.
Anarion i was having the same breakfast. Some noodles and coffe later on while browsing the web.
i think i spend most of my money on food and coffee lol
Not eating yet but bought myself a nice Christmas present I've been wanting for a long time.
Always had trouble making good rice on the stove top, plus the steamer is an extra bonus.
The Aroma rice cooker is amazing! Made some jasmine rice with peas and carrots and pork shoulder earlier and it all came out perfect! I love this machine!
Some really great food listed in this post. I remember a few years back in order to give back to the old vets my father and I would go to the VA hospitals around Thanksgiving and give food to those vets during the holidays. They were very thankful. My father talked to one vet that was from vietnam awhile and asked one of the nurses if we could bring him back to our house so he could enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner but it was against the hospital policy to leave the area. So we came back the next day with more food for him and his friends.
Bought this Gotham copper pan earlier today and wow!
It really does work like they show it in the commercials. So far I've made sunny side up eggs and an omelet with no butter or oil. I know in the reviews a lot of people are saying that it doesn't work like its supposed to, but there is a certain technique to using it. You don't want to go past medium heat, and you don't want to start sliding your food around until the bottom has had a good chance to cook. For example this video is a good beginner's tutorial. Gonna make my first ever fritatta tomorrow, gotta go pick up some potatoes, mushrooms, onion, cheese and sausage. Will post pics.
Yea jb, we got one of those^ pans a bit smaller and love it....
Bratwurst sausage with fried peppers, mushrooms & onions in a seed roll (Om nom nom)
Now I'm hungry in an Extraordinary way....That^ looks good!
