Keeping it simple and easy tonight. Not bad at all for a $3 pizza.
I like the way the cheese and the tomatoes are 100% real, but no mention of the bacon
I used to own a pizzeria back in the day actually
Paparazzi Pizzeria, about the second or third in New Zealand
My wife is totally gluten intolerant so we do buy gluten free bases, but then I finish them off. The bases are pretty good, on the crisp side rather than the risen dough I used to make
Before and after from a week or so ago
^^MMMMMM...makes my morning coffee and two slice of marmalade and toast seem somewhat drab. lol
Tell me it isn't so... frozen pizza! I'm sorry but I ain't with you on this one guys, homemade or nothing ; )
yeah but making the doe crust on little time sucks.
I can take those pizzas in a box and doctor them up pretty good I top with my homemade stuff . I get some at cost co frozen and take all the cheese off and sauce the crust is halfway decent already.
I order out if I really want pizza but just rarely thou
I hear ya, but sometimes you just want something fast and convenient.
Yea, personal needs do come into play and I HAVE DONE all the above many times! But when I got a stand mixer (for kneading) and got my recipe tweaked, I make the best pizzas I've had (because of tweaking/learning). Family likes them a LOT too but won't commit to them being the best... I do still like and visit fire brick oven restaurants to try them as this type was my inspiration.
I'll post pics next time I make one
You my hero Lex, I hear the the passion!!!!
Chili, cheese, Nathan's hot dogs. I have a feeling two will not be enough.
Love nathans, only thing missing besides two more dogs with all the trimmings is some rolaids!!!!
Hehe, surprisingly I didn't need to take any rolaids, tums, etc. Been eating a lot of fiber for breakfast over the last few weeks..
Grilled chicken quesadillas with cheddar and colby jack shredded cheese, finished on a hot cast iron skillet with sour cream for dipping.
Looking good jb.....Had ribeye and sausage outside!
....sunny and 85 today (earlier) 75 now!....
I turned an old propane grill into a charcoal grill and it works great....
Get 'er done!
Oh hell yeah, I totally prefer charcoal or wood over propane. That sausage is calling to me, I'm gonna have to buy some tomorrow.
the sausage was crispy on the outside/and juicy in the middle....Good Stuff Bro!
