Do what I do at BestBuy....claim it's defective and tell them you want a refund. Can't charge a restocking fee on defective products.

Okay first off Metro is a no go at 2560x1440 its does not average above 30FPS maxed out if I ran the game in high and no AA deacent FPS but maxed out is out of the question min. FPS of 18. (AMD has this games number with the 7XXX cards)

    BF3 is another story.

At factory clocks on the FTW i would call it 40 ~ 43 FPS average 31 minimum Ultra presset (that is everything maxed out) playable. O.C. to 1276 at boost (tried 1300 boost but the game crashed not the driver that was odd) I would call it 45~48 FPS average minimum was about 36 FPS good.

    Her's some screenshots:

I should maybe mention again that with my 6950 at this res. I had no AA at all and that it would hover around 40FPS (not average that was more like 34FPS and min. would dip into the 27 area). This card is a huge improvement over my 6950 single and has the power that my 6950 cf setup had without the micro-stutter and weird problems like flashing shadows and faces in Skyrim, and flicering and image burn-in in Deus E:HR.

Thanks for doing the test man, much appreciated..looking at your results seems It may be better for me to stick with my crossfire atm..these new 12.8b drivers seem to make things butter smooth.

Looks like if I want a better boost, I'd need 2 ftws....or something like a 7970 ghz addition for the higher v ram to help at my higher resolution (if I want a single card solution).

Its funny, the FTW card would be a hell of an upgrade for my sec. system @ 1920x1200, but I cant justify $400 just for the back up system.

Thank again for your help. :)
