Besides the Graphics card..since I just got that and it was a pretty penny as is EVERYTHING here in the great north! Heh, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated! Best thing you can do if you really want to play Cyberpunk is to get an Nvidia GPU that can do DLSS 2.0 as it offers an incredible performance boost. Maybe see if you can sell the 5700XT and get a comparable Nvidia GPU. Only do this if it doesn't break the bank. Otherwise maybe see if you can overclock your RAM and maybe throw in a NVME stick for OS. Not sure about the PSU, what exactly is it? And yeah, a nice new monitor would be good, something like a 27" 1440p IPS 144hz Freesync, but buy one that's Gsync compatible in case you go the Nvidia route in the future.
Hmm I'm wondering if it would really be that big of a deal as they are showcasing? I mean..it basically doubles the FPS but modifying the original pixel like adaptive resolution no? Do the newer Nvidia cards already support this? If so, which ones? The 2060s' and up? But honestly if you already have supporting hardware that gives you 100 FPS+ what would it matter?
2060 and up, yes. You won't be getting 100fps with everything maxed. I'm expecting it to be quite a demanding game. RTX with DLSS 2.0 looks and runs incredible. DLSS 2.0 pretty much doubles my fps in that game without any noticeable PQ drawbacks.

Why are you running the memory underclocked? Enable the XMP profile on that memory. That's the best thing you can do right now..... That's a DDR4-3000 kit....
Yeah, like myself and @sykozis said, that's a 3000mhz set of sticks. Go into your bios and enable the 3000mhz xmp profile. 8700k with 16bg 3000mhz ram and a 5700xt is a pretty solid rig. Down the line you can add more ram and maybe an NVME OS drive like I suggested. Other than that, you're looking to upgrade your GPU before your CPU down the line. That 8700k will be fine for most things for a while yet. But before any of this, get a new monitor. You can get a really nice one for around $400. Let me have a look for you... Thanks! I actually bought the Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVME M.2 500GB and put windows on it! Im looking into that monitor you suggested as it seems to be very popular around. Would there be a monitor that does both Fresync and G-sync for an even more "future" proof item?
A Gsync compatible monitor is a Freesync monitor that was approved by Nvidia to run Gsync. So they do both. Most Freesync monitors will run Gsync in fact, but those officially "compatible" will do it best, on paper. The others can have some minor issues with flickering and such.
