I am curious how people wake up or what wakes them up. I personally am woken up either by complete sleep or by an alarm clock if I need to be up in a certain time. A lot of times I wake up because my mom or someone in my family makes noises that interrupt my sleep. So what wakes you up?
Noise, movement, tempuature change, and light wakes me up (not to mention the obvious alarm clock) I am a very light sleeper.
Not sleeping wakes me up. That or a gun shot. Im a very heavy sleeper when I do get a good night sleep though.
what wakes me up? well, whenever someone enters my room i usually wake up. During the week, I sometimes wake up before my alarm clock, sometimes not. I actually use two alarms, my radio clock alarm and my cell phone alarm. My cell phone rings 2 minutes before my radio alarm, but my cell phone always wakes me up. I usually turn off the radio alarm before it goes off. Sometimes smelling breakfast can wake me up. What else? Um.... Anticipation. That can wake me up. Like, if a new piece of hardware is coming in! Yea! Hmmm, I've gotten 5 hours of sleep in the last 37 hours . . . I'm rambling. Um, that's about it. I am a fairly light sleeper. In the dorms my roommate would complain because if he got up, I always woke up. Yea, i think that is about it . . .
Nightmares about working on computers at work wake me up just in time to get ready to go to the very place that gives them to me LoL.
If i have more then 7 hours of sleep my alarm clock wakes me. Just yesterday, when we had finished a project for school i had like 4 hours of sleep, and i didn't wake from the sound of my alarm clock, lol.
As soon as its 6:30, nomatter what Ill wake up then. Then Ill go back to sleep for as long as I can. The only other thing that wakes me is the heat.
For the longest time ive been able to sleep until whatever time ive wanted to and have woken up. Its weird. I dont even have an alarm clock I just think about the time i want to wake up before I goto sleep and then I wake up at least 10 minutes before or after that time. I guess its something ive trained myself to do since ive never had an alarm clock because they just annoy me when I wake up to them.
Hmm.. It used to be my idiotic alarmclock which beeps like nothing you've ever heard.. Plus my cellphone. But lately, since that stupid armyguy moved into the room next to me, I always wake up when he sneaks into the bathroom before me. Stupid stupid guy, ruins everything *growls* He's lived here for a couple of days now, and I have yet not seen him. Stealing the bathroom before me.... Rude rude dude.
At times I don't have tp wake up because I didn't sleep all night. But then sometimes when I do sleep that friggin alarmclock wakes me up. Also, I'm a very light sleeper, so if there is ANY noise, light or movement in my room I wake up. In the weekends I do sleep pretty good, but that's when I smoked pot. When I drank way too much I can sleep for merely an hour and then I wake up again with sometimes a hangover.
I wake up on my own before 8 AM Everyday, Doesnt matter if its a weekend or a weekday! Just a habit lol
The sun shinning through my curtains or the sun heating my room up till i sweat and get uncomfortable, or my mom doing laundry at 8am on the weekends
Well. Since I sleep on my stomach, I'd have to say the painful compression of morning wood. So very painful. :blunt:
