Sensodyne and clear white moutwash. I take care of my teeth in general, but that combination seems to have had a very nice outcome. Very clean looking and feeling teeth and sensodyne has helped with a few cavities I had.
I used to use Sensodyne £3 for a huge tube of the stuff but now it's £3 for a smaller pack that lasts barely a week (if using twice a day) Now I use Colgate sensitive £2.50 for a lot, and use mouthwash to finish
You should try arm & hammer. There toothpastes are far better than the most of the well known (aka. heavily advertised) brands. The one I use the previous version of the one in the link ( they updated their line) http://www.armandhammer.com/persona...rm-and-hammer-sensitive-multi-protection.aspx
http://www.strappingline.com/glaxosmithkline-sensodyne-new-packaging-design/ Well expensive but i like it anyway
i only use Sensodyne Baking Soda (once every 2 days) all other toothpastes i ever used caused gum inflammation and even some kind of weird headache that lasted for many hours shortly after brushing, tried colgate, oral-b, close-up and even many unknown pastes, no good, so Sensodyne it is. i never floss, but i do complete my oral hygiene with Dentyl mouthwash and occasionally use a toothpick like a mafioso.
This: I don't know whether this toothpaste is available outside Indonesia or not. This toothpaste is detergent free thus it makes no foam. It doesn't irritate the mouth wall. It's 3-4x more expensive than regular toothpastes. I really like this toothpaste since it doesn't leave any dry feeling in the mouth and doesn't make foods or drinks taste weird after brushing. It also helps ease my sensitive tooth, just like using sensodyne.
Lol, almost EVERYDAY is a slow day at work... Today was quiet, I had only 2 pc's to work on, one having a faulty psu & the other had a faulty hard drive which wouldn't boot into windows. After fixing both (which didn't take long) I spent most of the day surfing the net as well as lurking here on Guru3D. Oh yeah, and my toothpaste is almost finished which made me open a thread about which one to try next.
whatever is in my bathroom, classic colgate most of the time and colgate total 12 my favorite is colgate triple action because of how fresh i feel after using it
a dentist tought me that smooth toothpastes are good, if you put some on your index and rub with your thumb and feel grains, avoid. apparently rough toothpastes will actually harm yer teeth. and to think that my granpa used to rub salt and lemon supposedly because it had a whitening effect.. he was left without enamel a few years later lol
