What "Pre Rendered Frames" Value according to my specs?

    Vega 56 Pulse
    Currently i am using a Core i7 3770 stock with Gigabyte geforce GTX 970 G1 (rev. 1.1) @ 1492mhz Core 7400mhz memory. I play Shadow of The Tomb Raider and GTA V only.

    Generally, the lower the better because it reduces input lag the most.

    higher - smoother (as the game will "pre render frames") but lower fps and input lag
    lower - lower input lag, higher fps but you might get hitching, lag, stops etc for split second when game loads something

    i usually put it 3 or 2 depending how the game feels
