wow, that's heavy, I'm getting a MSI Ne02 Platinum AMD 3500+ 939 socket 1024 Corsair XMS ultra low latency Will I also reach that???
Not definitely a record breaker, but here it goes anyway: http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=8432686 Will have to push my 2800+ a bit more higher ...
Well what should I expect from this: AMD64 939 3500+ MSI Neo2 platinum 1024 Corsair XMS ultra low latency(2-2-2-5) MSI 128vtd FX5900 ( Jimmor is going to help me flash it to a FX5950U) ???????
Yeah, 01 loves high fsb and a crapload of memory bandwidth. You can definitely see it on my cpu, it is the clawhammer it which makes it have a larger cache, but the memory is what makes it really take off in this particular bench.
WELL...i scored wit my system only 5682....but.....it's a 64 bit fx 5200 for god sake...and...5% overclocking because it don't have a fan..just radiator...and with an asrock kt400 and sempron 2400..it's more than enough...in 2001...in 2003 i scored 1570...and in 2k5 lol.......with 256 ram .....265 points...but i'll catch ya..........)))))))))))..hahahaha
22k broken This is my previuos score (posted few pages earlier) with Abit NF7 v2.0 and 2x512MB Twinmos Twister PC4000 memory sticks : http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=8276082 and the new highscore (with help of new memory sticks = much better timings and Merlin's modified bios for my mobo) 22428! http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=8476548 screenshot As to RAM timings - I used to have 2.5-4-4-11 at FSB230 and now the new modules are capable of 2-3-3-11 (Samsung TCCD chips). Apart from timings and motherboard nothing has changed - the grahpic card's OC is exactly the same. PS. I've done V-GPU mod recently, but just the easy version with pencil, so the results ain't impressing.
