Cars only ? 200km/h on Peugeot 406.
Not a woody sadly. Was just a average faded brown, clearcoat peeling voyager until a woman backed into me in a parking lot and ruined the front end. It was built as cheap as possible so after I threw the front end back together with used parts me and a few friends sprayed it flat black one weekend.
Here's a video of it after I installed my ghettofabulous exhaust.
probably about 110 mph in a 98 jeep grand Cherokee.
180MPH on my 1992 300zx twin turbo, PSI of 18. Resulted in a DUI
145mph in my 92 honda prelude si. not stock.
Petey Pablo - Need for Speed
I've got gas in my veins and nos in my brain. Petrol head for life!!
195 KPH - Renault Logan 1.6 16v
190 KPH - Peugeot 405 1.8i
170 KPH - KIA Pride 1.3i
Probably shouldn't say this but wat the hell....
I used to drive trucks in the USA..... running across AZ desert one night I took a 379 Peterbilt up to about 100mph plus.
Not sure exactly how fast I was going since the numbers only went up to 85, but the needle was off the dial..... and then some. Good times lol.
We used roll across NM, AZ, NE, & WY at night w/ the cruise set at 85mph.....feels more like 60 in a truck.
I miss those days.
Btw this is a 379 Pete;
305 km/h in a F430
Ha ha, my sisters partner is a truck driver (he moves cattle) and he drives like a lunatic, he's even worse when he knocks off chasing that beer at the end of the day.
Western USA is nothing but open highway.
As an example, Interstate 80 across Nebraska is 450 miles of almost completely straight road..
This is the scenery.
Nebraska isn't a desert, it is plains.
I never said Nebraska was a desert, I said the MID WEST was desert, speaking in general terms.
Nebraska was used as an example because of the straight roads, not because it's a desert state (like NM/AZ/NV etc).
I wish the buses that I drive didn't have built in speed limiters. Such lameness.
Mercedes SLK 230 (current car) --> 175 KM/H in germany !
The midwest doesn't include any desert states. Perhaps you're thinking of the west or southwest?
260km/h in my Nissan 350Z
190 km/h in Opel Vectra. Did not drive it myself.
I take these babies over 90mph regulary, only on blue light runs when they run deristicted, otherwise they're limited to 70mph.
Fun..... untill it comes to stopping which with 2200 ltrs of water, 13 tonnes of gear and 4 precious cargo (5 inc myself) can be a bit hairy !!
Dream to drive though and go like stink if driven through the gears.
Yeah true, the west is prob more accurate. I really mean all the +75mph states - from TX right up through to NV.
I lived in Indiana but left in 2002, so the finer details get a little hazy sometimes......
