Ok so i just read this guide:

    https://ultimatewindows7gamingoptimization.blogspot.com...
In the system devices one it said that disabling hpet, programmable interrupt controller and system timer gives smoother gameplay. Ive only heard of hpet and i did try tweaking the settings myself and discovered that hpet off makes my games run less smooth but reduces the input lag(with the exception of csgo running more fluid with it off) but the other 2 i havent heard of them on the internet. What does disabling these things do and will it benefit my games at all?

Do not bother. Especially on Win8/Win10.

PS Also you ignored author`s text - "System Devices: (ONLY FOR SOME AMD SYSTEMS)"
