I would like this thread to have required each post to show a screen shot of cpu-z and sys info showing an uptime of atleast 24 hrs.... I know alot of fools around that clock up to 4ghz+ to screen capture cpu-z but cant keep it running for every day tasks for days on end. I dont think the guys @ 5 or even 6 ghz are lying. This is very easy now days but those I feel are lying are the ones claiming anything over 4.5ghz 24-7.

3.8 is pretty good on that cpu I had a Q6600 that just wouldn't break 3.8. 4.0 is pretty fast on that chip!

Have you overclocked your CPU?, I'm running mine at stock these days, not really much point in overclocking when it doesn't remove the cpu bottleneck... probably the games I play (mainly source engine based)

4.5 GHz + HT, 24/7. Screenshot isn't even necessary for SB builds unless it's 5GHz+.

Prime stable for 6+ hours (fell asleep when running prime :p).

Got it prime stable before for 10 mins (then I got cba) on 5Ghz but atm it's not worth it. It's simply not worth the extra stress on my CPU (voltage & temps), I'll bump it up to 5 in a year or so when squeezing out those extra frames matter.
