I have a friend thats looking to buy a video card for his pc... at first he thought it was AGP so I sold him my 9800pro but he came back to me today saying it wouldn't fit and he figured out he has PCI express. He wants to get a decent gaming card for his 19" widescreen LCD for around $150 area. What should I suggest, X800GTO2, X800XL?

that depends on the budet. an x800gto2 is a great buy, imo better than an x800xl because it can be flashed to x850xtpe. if he can afford it though, id say go for an x1800 or x1900.

    If it's for me I think a x1900xtx is a good choice =P

What is his CPU. If you get a top notch video card it will just bottleneck with his CPU and what not.
