Hello. Have an question. When playing Singleplayer sometimes i have weird stutter for 1 second ,no matter like at start mission or in middle. It happens once and its fine again. Like drop from 60 fps to 45fps and again 60fps. Origin platform. Any ideas ?Is this hardware or game issue?
I checked Event log and no errors,no Whea loggers.

Are you using DXR? If you are that's probably why. DXR causes stuttering it seems with everyone, for the people that don't claim to have it I'm really curious as to why, as I have pretty much the same hardware.

It's happening to a lot of people (I dare say most) in BF5, for MP at least. I can't speak for SP much myself as I haven't touched it lately, but CoOp (combined arms) I can definitely say stutters as well.

Dice has acknowledged that there is a problem and said they are working on it so hopefully it gets fixed soon.
