Sharpening is broken in COD, this happens even on WHQL drivers apparently.
Maybe something to do with the DLSS implementation that is causing issues? Seeing that Nvidia is posting a lot about that the last couple of days.
I wouldn't know, I don't play COD nor can I get a GPU that supports DLSS.
I'm on these random high version drivers that appear here in the forums for quite a while now.
Never encountered any graphical glitches or performance drawbacks. Am on a normal windows 10 that's up to date, no insider rings.
I went back to 470.14 as when I did testings with UE4 RTX showcase on 470.25 the dlss was broken and non functional. on 470.14 everything went back to normal
Try cyberpunk couse that hapens to me flashing colores even on the gun or just by walking around. And let me know if that also hapens to you.
Sorry I don't have Cyberpunk to test.
I tested for you and yes Cyberpunk textures flash badly.
Aha - like 50 points!?
How can I install this WDDM drivers on my RTX 3080 Laptop? It always says "this driver is not supported" when trying to install.
Thx for your help!
Did you take old drivers clean with DDU and with there in options use that prevent downloads of drivers from windows update when windows search for a drivers for a device ?
Yip, did that as always, Clean Install + prevent windows from installing. Still it says, not supported driver.
Is your windows 10 installation 64 bit? because currently only 64bit DCH drivers are present.
I've downloaded it but how to install?
Extract with winzip then hit setup dummy
Yip, 64 bit W10 here. All other DHC drivers for my RTX3080 laptop installing fine. Just not the WDDM. More ideas? Do I have to modify something int he INF?
Try removing your current driver first, on my first install it failed, second it worked.
I noticed second time round i was running without gpu driver before install.
All drivers are WDDM. Most are not 3.0 though, and if you are on current windows 20H2 or older it won't matter. Even if you get these installed it will not show as 3.0, it will probably show as 2.7 (you can check with dxdiag in windows)
Sorry, i just kept noticing you referring to it as a WDDM, which could mean any driver in the last 10 years, lol
I'd like to run this or any of the previous dev drivers on 1809 LTSC. That doesn't work though, as it's DCH only and Windows can't install the DCH Control Panel.
Is there any workaround?
Thanks, trying this tonight
Ahh Just learned something now, thank you for the clarification!
