Usually I use V3 mid texture. It's less stuttering than high texture.

I think my rig not strong enough for high. But I can high texture on V4.

Less stuttering like V3 mid. You don't disappointed me.

To answer your query:

You originally had the links in your 1st post, but no password. I downloaded them.

Then the next day you removed the links but posted the password, so I didn't have to register to ask for the password.

Great work, I tested 3.5 and 4.0.

3.5:
Nearly no stuttering at all with Ultra.
Runs totally smooth on my rig.
Around 50~60 FPS in city while driving.

4.0 Clearly noticeable stuttering with ultra.
Around 35-40 FPS in city while driving.

I'll stay with 3.5, great performance and good graphics.
I can't see a huge optical difference between 3.5 and 4.0 anyway.
Wanted to add comparable images, but I'm not allowed to (< 5 posts).

Yeah this sounds problematic to me, unless you plan to offer support for this mod for quite some time. I'm interested in comparing v4.0 to high and ultra textures yet you removed passwords from the first post, what is it?. What's the purpose of a password if it's a publicly release mod? Can you add the password again to the first post so people can use the mod without having to register and post to the thread?

 

good, the difference are little, textures are same, you see difference up the door on start motel

No I get that. I was saying the same thing as abigor88. Unless this is still a beta for testing I don't see why a public release needs a password. Doesn't that also unnecessarily increase traffic and posts on thread?

 

you want my password? ask for it... if there are newly registered users, or with a few posts for now I do not give the password ok? I chose well, I'm sorry but it is my choice. There are a million ways to get it, so the password will come out sooner or later ... it's just a matter of time

FEEDBACK:

Just tried your v4 Sunset - Brilliant!!

Did a quick run a around the block, daytime and night time. All settings to the max, textures set to ultra in menu.

Performance: as good as v3, which for me was already great. Virtually stutter free. Uses about 2700Mb of my 780Ti VRam.

Visuals: Brilliant. Looks like you solved the issue of some of those 'missing' textures (eg concrete etc around owl motel door) with this v4, and the quality / definition looks the same as v3, which all in all I found very good. Not quite as good as vanilla ultra, but very very near.

I would also like to say the bloom levels you have in this are spot on (I hate overdone bloom), and the DOF is nice too. A bit slow, but nice. Which/ whose version is it?

Compared to Maldos textures: It's difficult to call. With Maldos, you set the textures to High in game and they look as good as ultra, but sometimes the aliasing is very apparent and off putting.
I would also say there is more stuttering using Maldo's compared to yours also.

With v4 yours now seem to have eliminated most of the 'missing' textures of v3, so all in all with this, and the better performance, I think I prefer yours.

P.S. Can't wait to use these in Supersaurav99's next version! I think WD modding will be more or less complete for me then.
