Where does Adrenalin / Wattman gets the "Installed games" list from? Half of the games listed as "installed" in the gaming section of the driver are not installed, some of em were never installed in the first place. I would love to have a clean list and not that clusterfuck of games and demos I have played years ago and again, most are not installed! To "clean" up the list I have to delete like 30 entrys every time I update the driver. Could someone elaborate how Adrenalin compiles this list and how to prevent that it lists random not installed games, while games I actually play are not listed at all, with a clean driver install?
I found the "Installed games" list imported from Windows start menu programs and Desktop shortcut, first level folder only .
Thanks for the hint. I'll give it a try and delete shortcuts from my desktop and the Windows 10 start menu. What I don't understand is how not installed games without an entry in the start menu nor a desktop shortcut are listed in the "installed games" list. Even after DDU "Rust" for example is listed - and i don't like it having it there. Call me monk but I would like to have a clean list of games I have actually installed on my system.
I guess it probably looks for the known Windows Registry entries (either game-specific keys and/or from the same database Windows uses to track any and all kinds of installed software).
