Beta mission - Quinn's fight restored!.... partially

Fun fact: This mission involves Aiden Getting on Quinn's yacht , demarco was meant to be in this mission at some point too (Seems kinda similiar , eh? - WD2 DLC?)
1. I don't think it because I have it before the reflective mod, and your revival mod have those too right?
2. about the E3 gasstation...its possible make the fire create shadows?

Hi guys! I have one doubt.
In vanilla, police helicopter starts pursuing you at second wanted-level, and they do not use snipers to shoot you until the third one. But in my modded version there isn't any chopper at second wanted level, it appears only until the third one, and always shooting. I'm not quite sure if it's deliberated or not, but I would love to have it the other way, is it possible?
