Do you think it's possible to add the green tint of the E3 trailer using reshade and fog?
I don't need reshade , colorgrading can do it and it will be my priority for storm weather

Hey slick, you must use "2012 Lighting" on Car Headlight, Helicopter light, Train Interior light, & Building Interior. The Lighting is very realistic.
TheWorse mod use this lighting. You can find it there.
Ughh there's some stuff stopping me:
A: I still have to work on some stuff and delete useless things and leftovers
C:the mod is 3,66gb (obviously I need to clean stuff and it will be kinda hard to upload that)
D:Thunder weather is not finished , same for colorgrading and the graphics overall

Forget that the Date existed , the mod has no Estimated release date and it will be finished as soon as possible

It's related to World Loading Units in Watch_Dogs. Some particle effects are still in the game, for example, in the last mission, Sometimes You Still Lose, where you meet Damien at the lighthouse, it triggers a cutscene and the dripping water is still there.
But unfortunately, many of these effects are cut from the final release.
WLU is currently being worked on but no promises.
Even if , it was scripted for the demo (wlu that has dripping water) and it would display no matter what afaik
