It will more than likely be included in the next revision of the mod unless i find something better than this.
We're taking out time before releasing this version of the mod because we want all of the content to be as high quality as possible, with the animations, bloom, fog, lighting, etc...
No offence, but it looks like to me there is a little too much bloom.
It's almost like there is so much that its washing out the colours. :eyes:
That new focus looks great! And it sounds like you got the firing sound from the demo! Tell me, how did you do that? Did you port the sounds found from the conference? Or was it present in the files?
Or maybe I'm just stupid and it's just the default sound.

Alright, that was vanilla bloom actually. I'm going to replace it with the E3 bloom though, i just had vanilla as a place holder for the horrid storm.bloom that i decided to release 3.0 with.
Oh and i forgot, the 1911 has the same sound as the 92fs while in focus.
The D50 has the same sound as the 92fs in regular gameplay and focus, i would like to replace the default sound for the 1911 and then rename it 92fs.
Since we already have the model, why not improve on it more and have everything the same right?
I am also planning on working on a new flare for the pistol's gunshot.

As you can hear, the sound both guns make is very similar.
Is it possible to turn down environment light intensity during storms to make it darker like the e3 demo?
Also that intense bloom during storms seems to be buggy, sometimes it's a little intrusive, sometimes it's just all in your face... I'm going to investigate more...
Why aren't you using my 92FS as the D50 instead of the 1911 then? This way you will have "have everything the same right?"
@ThatGuy are you still using that shader pack that you included with version 3.0 ?.
I did delete the shader pack you made and reinstalled the vanilla and the bloom did improve ALOT in your 3.0 mod it does look superb without the shader pack.
Please one thing less is more..... that bloom in that video too much.
But the animation thingy u made there looks superb great job on that
No i am not using the shader that i made before, it did not change anything and was only wasting space, the shaders are all precompiled in the game so there is no point in editing them.

Also, the desert eagle firing sound is the exact same sound of the 92-fs in the 2012 demo, just pitched down. (discovered this fiddling with sounds in audacity)

Just an fyi, we already tried that model with aiden if you are going to get to try it on him.

Could you give me a tutorial for what files I need to move, I haven't gone really in-depth into file moving/replacing.
making a new camera and DoF, so far it is looking good.
Based some things on TXGT walking camera, edited DoF and kept all of the same angles from the past.
Only angle that changed was the walking, then DoF was changed in spring and walk.
@ThatGuyOverTher: You said that you've fixed the E3 focus, so I assume that you managed to edit the .cseq files, is this true?
