what version of 3.0 do you use?
    what settings do you use?

when i had a 760 as my main card, i had to play merged mod at 1366x768 in order to maintain good fps at max settings high textures.

Did you try my version ? It's less demanding thanks to textures and reflections optimization.

You can use Ultra textures but DON'T use ultra settings elsewhere ! Stick to High (you should be able to use HBAO+ High with it), which is an optimized vanilla Ultra, and limit Antialiasing to Temporal SMAA !

I can play smooth with my GTX 670 2gb like this ! Ultra settings here are very extreme, for GTX 970 3gb and more !

Edit : Hey ! If you want 60fps and more, don't hope get them with less than a GTX 780 3gb, under High Settings !!!! The purpose here is to improve every aspect of the graphics. Unless you stick to High and High textures, don't even think to 60fps ! The purpose is 30fps mini with a GTX 670 2gb with Ultra textures and High graphics (and HBAO+ High and Temporal SMAA), with reshade effects (to sharpen even more the textures, improve bloom and add GodRays). And don't hope 60Fps with everything maxed out without at least a GTX 970 ! It's way beyond vanilla ultra.

Sorry for the ugly, i think it was loading problem, no car light appear on the road last time have played with the mod, now its work.

    @KuroTenshi
I'am doing it now, but what is the shader dat/fat that come with the mod ? do we need to use it ? or using it only with ReShade ?

Also why is only raining in the MOD ?

I'm using KuroTenshi's Version, and I have stuttering even if I stick to Medium Textures.

Hey...I'm making a presentation vid of this mod...some, at least depending on my flavor adjusted tweaks are included as well. Do anyone of you guys have this short intro video which most of the previous W-D demos have, so when the "ctos" in Aidens phone is booting and than this "Watch Dogs" sign plopping in, by chance? Would be very helpful. I mean this introduction shortcut or how to call it.

it does not only rain in the mod.
Just go to a hideout and make the time pass.
the rain should stop and the weather should normalize

The shader dat/fat has maybe no effect. It's just ThatGuyOverThere that tried this for POM. So not related to Reshade.

I think it's related to your AMD CPU. It's a bottleneck too to TGOT, despite his GPUs. Did you reduce Graphic Details (especially LOD) ? It's that use the most of CPU. Textures use GPU.

lower the lod to high, and the reflections to high. Use fxaa or smaa as your AA. that should boost your performance a lot. set your maximum pre rendered frames to 2 also.

    Ok then,

    Textures to High
    Temporal SMAA
LOD, Shadows and Reflections to Medium
    HBAO+

50fps in alleys but 25-35fps in open environments with heavy stuttering and frame drops to 9fps LMAO.

    When driving, it's even worst.

the car lights/lens flares need to be changed or fixed, they look a bit wrong (kinda 2Dish) and very round, I would agree on it being as bit unrealistic

Just a little question, can .obj's be converted into the Watch_Dogs model format?

It can't be a problem with my textures. I only modified the Ultra ones.

Try disabling Motion Blur. It can help a lot, especially for stuttering.

It can be your CPU then.

Did you try to launch the game with this parameter ?

    --disablepagefilecheck

It prevents the game to use Page File, that creates a lot of stuttering.

I saw too that Watch Dogs hates being launched with other apps or services.
When you look at the "System" process, when stuttering occurs, this process is using CPU and disk.
This process is linked to the Windows services. The more you enable Windows (not useful) features, the more this process will be used.

just like kurotenshi said, if you have not disabled page file check, you really should. I do not use my 760 anymore but i know that the card is not THAT weak, it may just be video ram constraints too, but since you are running a lot of the settings at medium, that should not be the issue...
