    Make sure to close every third party On-Screen-Display programs (like MSI Afterburner w/ RivaTuner). I have the same problem when i have it opened, so that might be your case too

    how did the E3 2013 runing camera and he dose not look to his phone like before and great colors and lights

    You are totally wrong.
    They are Vanilla Textures, not downsampled, and with mipmaps.

    But they look sharper and more defined because I completely remade the compression, using another method from the DirectX 11 SDK.

    Textures are also using less VRAM because they are using DirectCompute for part of the rendering.
