Watch the AMD CES 2020 Computing Keynote announcement (23:00 CEST / 2PM PT)

If the price drops down a little after launch, which I expect may happen, then it looks like a pretty nice option for say $250. MSRP doesn't seem too bad considering our current GPU pricing environment, but let's wait for a review from HH before getting too excited (in either direction).

 

I expect new GPU tech and availability to be announced after a) Sony and Microsoft announce their new console tech officially and b) After Nvidia announce their new 7nm range, rumoured for March this year. I hope RDNA2 products by years end or early next year at this rate.

As for 5600xt, looks like a good card but cannot fathom the lack of extra 2gb if available on card above, below and its predecessor. I wonder if it has to do with manufacturing or with other markets where demand might be higher.
