God may listen to you
Ohhh lord pleaseeeeeeeeeeee
Niiiiice, here is a better version of the video:
The one you've posted seems to be at 10fps or something
Ubisoft is doing some more exclusive DLC, this time for the PS4 version of the game.
(And also with Assassins Creed 4, so now there's DLC spread over the PS3, PS4 and XBox-One it seems.)
I must say that gameplay video really hooked me up. Can't wait for this, hopefully PC version won't be delayed!
A trailer for what is said to be the "current-gen" (PS3/X360) version of the game. (WiiU?)
(Understandably people think it looks pretty poor compared to the next-gen version that they've been showcasing so far.)
I'm lazy so I haven't read through this thread so I apologize in advance if this has been stated. But I know when new consoles come out - developers usually throw the pc port of the game that's using the old engine. I remember when ps3/360 debuted, a lot of pc ports were of the ps2/xbox version. I'm worried this game will be of the 360/ps3 version and not the ps4/xboxone version. Has there been any confirmation on this as to which engine/port pc gamers will get?
Well since the awesome looking E3 videos were running on PCs it's a pretty safe bet that we will get the "good" version. Next gen consoles are much closer to PCs than the previous generation so porting should go much smoother both ways, in this case the PC version of Watchdogs getting ported to xbone/ps4.
That doesnt look real, even Ubisoft hasnt posted anything related to that "trailer"
this looks too bad a trailer to be legit.
yerpity yerp, that looks booo
My guess is that it was the Wii U version we saw & not the Xbox
360 & PS3 because it look a tad good.
Nvidia will be working with Ubisoft on this game so there will be a few PC version enhancements.
And there's like none in that video. Oh wells.
Confirmed, no bugs on Nvidia Geforce cards at game launch.
The game will look good on PC as well and I love the new features available. The single player mode of the game is much more worth than the multi player mode as it has not got good reviews from other players.
Yeah I don't think they have announced anything yet for this game, there's only a announcement that Nvidia and Ubisoft are partnering up together and that it will possibly bring stuff like DX11, HBAO+, TXAA and such features.
(TXAA needs NV hardware, PhysX ideally requires NV hardware and as usual with AMD and Nvidia taking various games support for the other vendor usually suffers a bit such as late driver profiles and SLI or Crossfire compatibility or performance.)
God I hate the tech industry so much sometimes. Timed exclusive, enhancements on certain platforms, etc. all because a hardware maker throws money at a developer.
This is why we NEED open APIs. Take PhysX. I've loved the tech since Mirror's Edge. But not a lot of games take advantage of it since it's an nvidia tech. Now that console can support that level of physics, I haven't seen a single next-gen title utilizing any kind of physics like that.
what about infamous second son ?
