I quickly tested. I find this a lot better ! Now we can see the texture under the sunlight ^^. I am using a Sweetfx preset and 25 for brightness.

So here it is! TXGT's E3 L-Train Lights v2.0 It's very close to E3 one. I also made the l-train headlights more brighter than in vanilla. I tweaked them for vanilla lensflares. Don't know how Boss E3 anamorphic lensflares will look with my brightness, so test it. I don't think Unity is stable enough for the moment to be modded, must be better to wait for ubisoft to finish the game with patch first lol
am playing a bit unity right now, that game isnt as beautiful as watch dogs, they used a film like anti aliasing filter that look the same as the E3 2012 watch dogs demo
not as beautiful as watch_Dogs? wow, i would think Unity would end up looking better since it has pre-baked global illumination, pcss shadows, and tessellation. I won't even buy the game until after Christmas though... so maybe if gibbed has a anvill gibbed that would be very cool!
yeah its weird, seems that most of the ressources are taken by the huge number of NPC everywhere, its really impressive to see so much NPC around , but its buggy, their cloth pop in literally 5 meter from you, the texture poping is insane from buildings to cloths as for the shadow, the resolution is pretty low, it has lots of aliasing, even at max and PCSS ON it does not match WD ultra shadow, and one detail striked me is that when it rain NOTHING get wet lol
Found another place with "awning-like" water falling from E3 build that they keeped. In case someone didn't notice it yet. Check it out, it looks amazing in the game!

I find Unity more beautiful than Watch Dogs. Better textures, more tessellation, better shadowed, better antialiased, an incredible environment with beautiful architecture and a lot of NPCs. I am French so I can see the amount of work ^^ Then indeed, it's not the same beauty as Watch Dogs. It doesn't have as much fx (rain, reflections,...) and TOD. But I prefer the lighting, the textures, the models and it's more "filled". The game is stable on my rig, and bug free. The problem is the lack of optimization. And we could see in Watch Dogs that we could optimize settings. I first thought about this kind of mods.
i managed to increase the smoke from the sewer, its not as good as the E3 version, but its better than the vanilla version wich look cheap when the wind blow, will post it later
its not ugly dont get me wrong, but WD is superior in many ways graphically, unity has way better character model than WD, WD has a better weather/tod system, but in general when i played unity the first at ultra settings i though it lacked something that WD has i speak french too btw ; )
Yes it's an effective way to increase the smoke amount on wind. It works like a charm in your latest release. Maybe Essenthy found an alternative method that can further improve that.
