I cant down load it right now. Seems there is load on the google server? Popping in cars means that in the distance you see no cars then all of a sudden cars just pop into view, Its draw distance issue.

There is so much fog, ughh too much. I really liked the fog in the merged 11 with vanilla textures... TheWorse mod all over again :l
okay, i think its fixed. played main and Bad blood with the mod and have'nt this issue. you can try to ddl the test mod (has mostly vanilla textures, but pro its Not to big) https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwxALbeBV2l9TjZ0TC14elRBV28/edit?usp=docslist_api i you must try do ddl main mod later, because the traffic is to much the 'mirror' upload on MEGA shows a remaining time of 4 hours i also updated actually in the standalones - own car lensflare - Boss e3 lensflare - Warpy Dof follow in next few minutes other standalones dont need to be updated
