Yes, LoD are supposed to get you better performance, with the game maxed out in engine settings is unplayable at the most expensive PC.
Well done for your tweaks - the game looks much better and am looking forward to v2.0 of your file!
It's okay to be critical, but some people go about it the wrong way. Ultimately it's all constructive (if you choose to take it that way) and will hopefully result in the best possible tweak file you can make
I think we are past that here OP admitted in a round about way that ToD was not the same. He is hinting towards finding more particle effects in the engine just disabled now which is interesting if true.

Yes I will upload it soon, its just im trying to figure out coding for the new settings like tessellation and some other particle stuff and shadows, that are just not working like the rest, it needs proper coding and group/nodes/id.
Something is wrong with the id or node for these settings, if I get it to work, I can make the game almost the same as E3 presentation.
