    TIP:
    If you want more intensive rain illumination for headlights in v1.2 and v1.31
    you can take "windy_city.game.xml" file from v1.1. It's located in "\patch\worlds\windy_city\generated".
    Use my instructions from Variety Pack on how to add files to patch (download below, in My Other Mods section).
    Note that "windy_city.game.xml" also contains weather and blackout settings. That means:
    - you'll need to choose which blackout type you want - E3 (Standard Edition) or Default (Campaign Edition).
    - this will overwrite my Overcast Weather improvements in v1.31.
    - this will increase intensity for light poles and other street lights (more notable in Mad Mile area, because of which I reduced it in v1.2 and v1.31)

    v1.31:
    - Fixed low intensity of Real-time Reflections for Rainy weather during Daytime
    v1.3:
    - Changed "Storm" Environment lighting:
    *Removed the Sunlight on the ground
    - Changed "Blackout" Environment lighting:
    *Removed Sun Lensflare apperance during Blackout during Daytime when Raining or Overcast
    *Real-time and Static reflections don't fade during Blackout during Daytime when Raining or Overcast
    - Improved Overcast Weather condition. Added second Overcast preset with less gray sky and a bit of sunlight for more variety.
    - Made some changes to Automatic Weather System. Replaced a few Clear weather days with Overcast weather days
    - Slightly changed the color of Headlight Lensflares and Car Dynamic Light

    Foggy Version of the Lite Mod includes additional Foggy Weather condition that will occur sometimes in the game. It is based on v1.31.

    Extra Lite Mod

    Extra Lite Mod v1.1
    This is the version with very few modifications that do not bring any additional graphics bugs/issues into the game:
    - E3 Walking camera
    - E3 Real-Time Reflections (more detailed and much sharper)
    - Unlocked full view inside vehicles
    - Lite Depth of Field effect (includes version without DOF in gameplay)
    - Puddles stay much longer after rain

    Watch Dogs E3 Lite Mod by TXGT

    Description
    The E3 Lite Mod was designed to improve graphics quality of the Watch Dogs with a minimum set of modifications.
    So it's pretty much Retail (Vanilla) version but only with increased level of detail, unlocked extra effects and some E3-like stuff.

    Standard Edition
    List of modifications & features:
    - E3 Walking camera (by machine4578) (just like in E3 Demos)
    - E3 Rain illumination (just like in E3 Demos)
    - E3 Real-Time Reflections (more detailed and much sharper) (just like in E3 Demos)
    - My E3 White Helicopter Spotlight with TheWorse lensflare (almost like in E3 2012 Demo)
    - My E3 L-Train Lights v2.0 (just like in E3 2012 Demo)
    - My E3 Blackout v1.2 (almost like in E3 2013 PS4 Walkthrough Demo)
    - More realistic brightness & color of the car lensflares, dynamic light and headlight cones/rays (visible only when RenderRain="1" in GameProfile.xml)
    - Custom Headlight lensflare texture (from old Supersourav99's mod)
    - Replaced white middle police light with red one (visible only on Cavale police car)
    - Headlight Shadows (by TheWorse)
    - Unlocked full view inside vehicles (by Yizan)

    - Enabled "AlphaToCoverage" (Multisample Anti-Aliasing for alpha textures, such as those used for foliage)
    - Enabled "RenderRain" (Adds light cones/rays from the headlights during rain)
    - works with Bad Blood DLC
    - works with latest patch v1.06.329

    What I DID NOT modified:
    - Water
    - Trees
    - Rain
    - Wind (except v2)
    - Fog
    - Sky (except v2)
    - Bloom (except v2)
    - Moon
    - Sun (except v2)
    - Environment Lighting (except v1.3 and v2)
    - Colorgrading
    - Civilian Density (except v2)
    - Traffic Density (except v2)
    - Explosions
    - Shaders
    - Textures
    - Anti-Aliasing/Multisampling
    - DeferredFX Quality is set to default value "console". I didn't notice any difference in image quality or performance when set to "pc" value.

    Campaign Edition
    The version in "Campaign Edition" folder is strongly recommended for the players who never played Watch Dogs campaign. It have all the features of the Standard Edition but only with Normal Blackout and Normal Time of Day duration which are ensure bug free walkthrough of the campaign missions.

    In "lighteffectprefab.lib" you need to lower gamma values of the headlight lensflares in this xmls:
    Vehicles.HeadLightStandard.xml - warm light
    Vehicles.HeadLightHID.xml - cold light
    Vehicles.HeadLight_ChicagoClub.xml - "greenish dollar bill" light for ChicagoClub tuned cars (they chase you in campaign and side missions if enemy manages to call reinforcements)

    This hash consists of three binhex values - Red, Green and Blue:
    <field hash="500F629A" type="BinHex">5E8F123F8395133F90C2053F</field>

    Here's the translation: Red: 0.57 Green: 0.57 Blue: 0.52 - These are the values for my warm light.

    But there's a catch. This settings affects car lensflare texture. If the texture that you using is colored (even a bit) or have low brightness this setting will make your lensflares look different than it was before and you may not like it (less brighter and with mixed colors).
    I solved this problem by making my texture Black & White. And now the colors of lensflares and rays are matching.

    Also the setting affects the Rain lights (rain illumination near the headlights). If you use my values the rain lights will be less visible.

    Here's the Vanilla values for comparison:

    Thank's man! You should try this final version!
    The version that I gave you before was with visible sun lensflare during rain. It's because I tried to get rid of Black Moon during rain, but forgot about the sun. Turns out the Vanilla have black moon too, what a shame :(
    Also final version have better color of all car lights!

    Ah, you mean "Zebra":D In my mod I use Vanilla textures.
    But I noticed that they disappear in some places when you come near them. This game have so many bugs :(

    Yes I saw "Zebra" in translator but I found that too long so I took a synonym :)

    I don't have any zebra ^^. So let's see this bug...

    Ok, cool. But, can you tell me one thing? How do you read the binhex after it was converted? it does not make sense to me, especially since binhex is based off of 6 decimals to make colors.

    I don't know "math-english" so bear with me. When I was tweaking those values I changed only first two digits after the dot in "Decimal" field and didn't touch the rest.
