Game is out, played the first 20 or so minutes and it runs good at 1800p maxed on a gtx 1080. The price on steam is eye watering, I got the xbox game pass for a pound which lasts a month and i'll likely have completed it by then.

The game is supposed to have a good 60+ hours of gameplay, so price seems reasonable to me. I'm holding off a bit, though, since steam forums are reporting a lot of bugs.

Just noticed that you literally cannot pause the game. Alt tab, esc, game still runs in background. So don't unfocus the game while a character is bleeding.
