Try to deactivate all Live Tiles and all Background Apps.

Never had ProcessLasso increase input lag, if anything it helps by lowering back ground process priorities.

You might have issue with A/V app, not liking PL and needed to exempt it.

only having 1/3 of the treads my cpu has i can understand why he was using it lol.....probably best just to close out or disable as much back ground stuff as possible anyway.

Sure, always good idea,You can also setup PL to only run the core governor exe and leave the GUI closed (only need to open that to change settings, monitor).
That way resources are kept low, I am just saying never saw any reports of input issues with it.
I am a beta tester for it so know most of issues that can come up on it.

Anyway, if anybody has problems/issues or feedback be best to post them here.

The thing with windows 10 is that is built in bloat-ware apps (unnecesary apps) that runs in background, eating memory, disk, proccesor etc etc, so i would highly recommend to use powershell and disable those bloatware apps, (in super user web-site there a guide to remove windows 10 bloat-ware through power-shell, also i will highly recommend to find a way to stop (CORTANA, Windows Search, Windows Defender) among other things.
