Virtu MVP question performance related

    Would like to know if my understanding of this, if say got HD 6870 crossfire and compatible motherboard it would give even more boost to performance in games.thankyou for any replies.

    No. Lucid Virtu MVP does not support SLI/CrossFire configurations.

    so it would with 1 graphics then.

    Lucida MVP only works with certain titles as well. It actually supports more than in the list, but you have to add them manually. Sometimes it doesn't work properly even with titles in the list!

    It is a great principle and hopefully the software logic improves over time, to the point where it can be used for everything (possible, but needs work).

    LucidLogix added WoW to the list....and VirtuMVP doesn't actually work for WoW...

    Only game that doesn't work properly for me is anything that is powered by the Frostbite 2 engine. Unfortunately, that engine powers Battlefield 3, one of my most played game ... *sigh*

    it seems to me its more of a gimmick then,and looking more into it that lots people getting problemseven to get it to install for some.

    There is nothing yet on the market that beats Virtual V-sync. It's triplebuffering implemented properly on DirectX. Can't really beat that! :)
