heh that thing has 1.07 billion colors i didnt even know that was possible, the question is what camera can capture that billon of colors, or if there is a vga with more than 16m colors :S i guess im really confused
I think that's 10-bit but I'm not 100% sure on how that works or what use it is for normal consumers. (I know of 10-bit movies but I don't think it's quite the same thing, though I also don't really know anything about these things.)
Yes, my CRT monitors (21" Samsung SyncMaster 1100P+ and 17" Samtron 70E) work fine 1 billion-color due to unlimited color (both VGA ports connected).
I got Asus display with 1.07 billion colors it was silly to see all the new colors in games compared to my old TN display lol And it makes the colors way more accurate
I really hope these quad HD displays start to drop in price 1000$ is a bit retarded to spend on a 27', I can get a 1080p 32' TV for like 250$
