I recently got back into video editing and using Corel Video Studio Pro X3 along with Adobe Premiere Elements 8.0 With my cpu at 3.8 and 6gb of ram it's extremely laggy. So laggy to where its frustrating to deal with, is this normal? Checking the usage, usually have about 4gb of ram available and cpu usage never goes above 15%.
