The frame is full carbon yes. The rear triangle is still in alu alloy tho. Well, with carbon, they can actually made a much thicker version of an alloy frame and still save some weight. The alloy version of this bike have a smaller frame. And it's kinda a medium-level carbon bike (5000$ MSRP) I got really cheap (3200$) by luck because the shop screwed. I'm not really a pro on carbon bikes tho but I guess it would take a damn good load on the bike to make it start a crack. (carbon fiber have extremely high ultimate tension stress, tho very little strain rate) Anyway it feels really really stiff and it's a blast to drive trust me !
