The frame is full carbon yes. The rear triangle is still in alu alloy tho. Well, with carbon, they can actually made a much thicker version of an alloy frame and still save some weight. The alloy version of this bike have a smaller frame.

And it's kinda a medium-level carbon bike (5000$ MSRP) I got really cheap (3200$) by luck because the shop screwed. I'm not really a pro on carbon bikes tho but I guess it would take a damn good load on the bike to make it start a crack. (carbon fiber have extremely high ultimate tension stress, tho very little strain rate)

Anyway it feels really really stiff and it's a blast to drive trust me ! ;)

lol @ the bucktooth...never looked at it that way but sadly the front plate here is the law in friggin ohio (one state above or below and thats not the case).

As for the europa or whatever the yellow thing is, all I know is he has to climb through the roof to get in it...its basically a race car and he also loses parts of his car on the track sometimes ;-)

Probably because you're imagining what the rest of the car looks like?

Nice boat, what kind of engine it has ? BTW. How much does it cost to storage that for winter in Helsinki ? Must be a lot, if you dont know anyone with loads of storage space, it's pricey at P-Savo too.

I have been looking for some new bike, got two potential ones now, not sure which one to buy or should I keep my current one...

Kaktus - nice to see a VW enthusiast with some taste. Nowadays it just seems like the VAG scene is basically airbags and BBS. Worst thing I've seen recently is an RS4 on airbags. Nice Corrado, don't see so many of them around any more.

    Thanks man.
The Corrado is originally from the uk though. I worked in London for 2 years and i brought it back with me when i left. Reason for that was, we never got the Corrado on African soil so i had to import it. And since we drive on the same side of the road it was just a bonus. There are about 6 Corrados in South Africa of which mine is the only uk import that i know of, all the others are US (left hand drive/automated seat belt) imports.

And yes you are quite correct about the airbag and bbs scene. However i must add that this is more the case on the newer model of cars. Our rather oldskool guys still prefer coilovers..
