Anybody has find a way how to change the USB polling rate in windows 10?
Hack the system USB drivers
Great! But I think he would want to know how, right?
Well, first he needs white papers on USB subsystem, then he needs white papers on CPU instructions, then - some descent disassembler... In a couple of years he will be unstoppable.
Btw, there is alternative way that still needs white papers on USB subsystem, but instead binary hacking he can learn to develop low/high filters (device drivers) which possibly able to manipulate polling rate.
Edit: Third way would be to capture Intel/AMD developer and torture him until he breaks and reveals the secret.
Jokes aside, Win10 is not so different in kernel part from Win8, so if there is known method for Win8 (or even for Win7) it probably would work in Win10.
Edit: Technical note - it may be that USB3 doesn`t use polling at all (at least with v3 devices).
you can now do it on windows 8 + but requires test mode enabled
