Upgrading PC. Please HELP. (amd based)

    Hello guys i am planing to upgrade mi system to athlon 64.

    Athlon 64 3700+ (2.2Ghz San Diego 1mb Cache) for - $233.00

    i apretiate four suggestions. also i only have $450 Us dollars to spend in my new system.

    any suggestions ???

    also i want to overclock a little do i need a a8nSLI " delux or premium" to do it???
    i now have a7n8x deluxe and its very easy to overclok.

    Ahh ... I loved my A7N8X. It is a great board. The setup you want to order is all right, but what strikes me is that you have not included a video card. Are you aware that the new board will have a pci-e slot which does not support your AGP card? If you want a good board that can run your 6600GT, get the ASROCK 939 Dual SATA2 board. It has both an AGP and a pci-e slot, so you can upgrade to a card later on. The board is no killer overclocker, but it's OK.
    If you already have a pci-e card, your choices are good. I'd stick to the Corsair ram.

    I HAVE 6200 TURBO CHACHE FOR NOW I AM GOIN TO UPGRADE LATER

    its a real diference between 3700 and 3500 the cache mem 1 mb vs 512kb?
