    what board
it's not so great since that's what you'd pay for a new 5600x and a board.

    yup
just get yourself affordable b-dies and oc them, you've got 8c/16t with fast single thread and low latnecy at affordable price.
    otherwise i'd get a 12700kf.

it all depends on how much a 12600kf+ddr4 system would cost you.
    or 10700(f)

    https://macrotronics.net/product_info.php/asus-prime-b560-plus-motherboard-lga-1200-p-18342

    that'll cost $450 cost too,it's an unlocked 10700kf.

both systems are good,i'd prefer a 8/16 over 6/12 but it's your call.If I was going for a 6/12,i'd take that for sure
    https://pcandparts.com/intel-core-i5-11400f-tax-included/

and drive the cost down to $315 from $450 just by going with 11400f instead of 5600x on that b560 prime.you won't notice the difference really,in most cases.

    man,the availability in lebanon sucks.

I don t like the 11400f coz it offers 20 fps less in warzone vs the 5600x

take 10700 instead,11700 ain't worth the price premium for that couple of percent.

where did you see that ?

On youtube, check 11400 vs 5600x, 20 more fps in any scene vs the 11400f

I meant a legitimate source, can't find any of them, testing a 11400f in warzone
as for general 5600x vs 11400f,they're within 5% of each other on average if you're testing 11400 without the 65w power limit running same memory as 5600x in gear1.
    upload_2021-12-5_14-26-41.png

5600x is a great option for you at 450 new.I just don't like how it's priced against 10700KF that's an eight core or 11400f that's just a little slower.
that video you are referring to is showing 11400f vs 5600x has 4x8G 3600 ram on both,11400f is probably using gear2 automatically while ryzen uses 1:1.You gotta set gear1 manually iirc on 11400 above 2933mhz,it's gonna top around 3733mhz for gear1,more or less.

imo if you can stretch that budget to 450,get the 10700KF and b560 board I linked.5600x is a great cpu, just too pricey for a six core.it's already struggling with frametime consistency in some scenarios.

vanguard has a stutter every few seconds on 6/12

That deal for 450 is only for 5600x, 10700kf with board is gonna cost a lot more than that

One last question, i have thermaltake 630w psu, it should be enough for the upgrade from 6700k to 10700kf , and rx 580 8gb to rtx 2070 super

yes as long as it's working fine.
2070 Super runs around 240W overclocked, 10700KF under 100w in gaming.
you've got a lot of headroom.

I wish I could recommend a newer 8/16 to you,but 5800x is 550 dollars where you live vs 330 for 10700KF.The actual difference in performance is gonna be a couple of percent, maybe.

    I woln't buy a 6/12 for gaming these days tbh,unless it cost 190eur max.I would have second thoughts even on 12600 that's 6p + 4e cores and bulldozes previous gen six cores.Maybe for 250eur,that would be a sweet deal.Not for 300.
