currently doing an aesthetics upgrade from my fractal design case it’s like from 2013, plus some new fans. I’ll be getting the nzxt h500i, seasonic focus platinum 750w. Still thinking whether I should upgrade Or not since I mostly game and I have a 1080p screen but I do play games like metro new tomb raider series Components I7 6700k 16gb ddr4 2666 gskill Z270 motherboard asus strix Asus gtx 1070ti strix 500gb SATA crucial ssd Do you think I should change motherboard and cpu?
Thanks guys for the input, i have decided to keep the main guts. My NZXT 500 and corsair rm750x has arrived. Maybe next year ill put in a samsung m.2 970pro ssd for slightly faster load speeds.
If that's the only reason you need an m.2 drive, i'd suggest not. If you just want more storage and decide to get an m.2 drive, then sure, but not for the extra speed if all you really care about is the boot speed. skip to 1 minute 20 seconds
