Ok guys here are my current Specs.
Built this machine a few years back with help here and added a few upgrades since.

    Currently
MSI B350 Gaming plus MB (Getting on i know) Latest Bios
    Ryzen 3600 Cpu OC @ 4.2Gz 1.25v
    32GB Corsair Vengeance 3200
ASUS TUF 3070TI (Purchased really cheap)
Currently set to 81% Power as it drops 65w of consumption and 9c temps, can see no difference in performance, been told off for this but hey its just a slider setting.
    750w Corsair PSU
Monitor 1440p at 144hz, but i cap most games to 80hz Dunno why its easier on my eyes.
    250Gb M2.
    2X 256 Gb Sandisk SSD Raid 0
    2x 500 GB HDD

Im looking to run DL2 with full Ray Tracing but it seems my card cant cope, cpu usage seems ok.

Without raytracing everything is fine at dlls quality, still cant make native res without dropping just under 80fps.

I was thinking of getting a 3090, or maybe a 3080 now they are cheaper, dont think the 4000 series are even worth considering with my specs, but could also upgrade the cpu to.

So looking for help on either just a card upgrade, or cpu and card for a good balance.

I dont think thats the problem, RTX is very power hungry.
