IF you're just planning to push CPU to ~4.2 GHz, better go with i5 3470/3550 with ASRock Z77 MB. Like Slam said, clock-to-clock Ivy is faster than Sandy. This will give you better performance at lower price.
And if the difference between 660 Ti and 670 is just ~30 euros, better take 670.
Im gona try and push it closer to 5ghz so I went with the 2500k. The 670 card got that loud ass reference cooler on it. So went with the 660ti
