    Which one do we download?

The one on techPowerUp!, or the "unlocked" one?

Avoid the unlocked version,i could install drivers..but when pc reset they would not load in,the original new bios works fine.

The unlocked BIOS in the OP seems broken and is giving me CRC errors, so running the normal one.
Bump for someone to unlock this new official 5870 BIOS properly, please?..
Do the community a favour if you have tools to do so, can't take long. :)

I'm afraid I have no idea what you are talking about.
The unlocked BIOS fixes the bug with on and off flicker when using Display Port and Eyefinity.
The locked version of the BIOS is fine, but the unlocked one seems corrupted, so it has to be unlocked properly so we can actually use it without bricking our cards.
