    ASUS P8Z77-V
    evga GTX 1060 6 gig

Well I don't know if you should upgrade your GPU but if you feel you need or want to, why not... What do you expect to get out of the 1080 in regards to FPS or resolution? What do you plan on using it for, games, mining, video work etc? Your PSU sure isn't the best out there but it'll be just fine with a GTX 1080, no need to worry 'bout dat ;)

i only use my system for gaming and i wonder if my CPU maybe then the bottleneck or my ram ?
im hoping for much better FPS thats the reason for thinkin about a new GPU.
does my mainboard support PCI express 3.0 ?
at the moment i saw in Bios that PCI is set to x16 and i cant choose other options with the gtx 1060.

You could always overclock the CPU if you want to gain a few fps but it's not really necessary. The 3770K still holds up very well to the more modern 6700K and 7700K chips, just check this video.

    You'll be just fine with a setup like 3770K + 16GB RAM + GTX 1080 - that's actually really good for gaming.

    Your motherboard supports PCIe 3.0x16.

It may be a good idea to replace that PSU in the future, like GroinShooter said it's not exactly well built and if you got it at the same time as the CPU it's definitely growing old.
It's a good thing that it's pretty big though, you definitely shouldn't have problems with a 1080.
