    It's normal for a company to sell it's own stocks, in times of need to recapitalize.
    The stocks those 5 guys got, could be used to help the company.

    Too late, it's another one of those "your cat is dead but you can keep it" situations.
    No matter what they announce, they played the madman card and lost all credibility. People will be jumping ship from unity at earliest convenience to avoid their unpredictable policy changes in future.
