underclocking my gtx 1070 gigabyte

Is the freesync enabled? Having a uncapped framerate without any adaptive sync can be a stuttery mess by itself.

 

Freesync is on yes on, and amd optimized in the driver, so how to set it up, i appreciate the help but as is i cannt play the game at all..the only way to minimize as i said is to lower render scale to 70, but game looks blurry as shite...it cannot be that my cpu is bottlenecking, it s i7 6700k at 4.0 for christ sake

 

installing driver 21.2.3 fixed all the stutter issues. woufff big relief
