UK hacker to face exradition to the US

    "A British man has lost his High Court fight against extradition to the US for allegedly carrying out the "biggest military computer hack of all time".

    Glasgow-born Gary McKinnon, of north London, is accused of gaining access to 97 US military and Nasa computers."

    I don't agree with this, he's in the UK America has no right to just demand him, i'm sorry but someone needs to say no for once.

    According to international law, they have every right. He committed a crime on US soil. It's like if I went to the UK and robbed a bank, and fled. You'd want me punished according to your laws. Countries can block extradition if they consider the punishment the person will likely receive to be cruel and unusual.
