Turning off DDC detection

I want to be able to turn off DDC detection on the DVI output of an 9600 so I can pass it through a specialized PC card and out the DVI output connector of that card. As it now stands, the 9600 DVI output turns off because it does not detect a connected monitor.

For those interested, the specialized PC card is the HD-Aux expansion card for the Immersive Holograph II video input card. The Holograph card has a Faroudja 2300 deinterlacing/scaling chip for high-quality video. The HD-Aux card includes two DVI connectors and one DIN connector that can be configured in a number of ways.
