Since this has been coming up lately, I just wanted to put this out here. The card will boot to windows without drivers, once drivers are installed it will black screen once the driver is initialized. This includes P35/G35, G41(Rev.1), Nvidia gen 1 chipsets, etc. G41 Motherboards that are listed as Rev 2 are generally Gen 2 enabled and can run the cards.
