That's TP-Link for you. I've noticed so many inaccuracies in their documentation over time, because they are more or less the go-to 20-50$ routers. You can find differences in the information between their NA and EU websites sometimes...
He probably meant the device has 2 combo WAN/LAN ports, 1x 2.5 and 1x 1 Gb/s. Hilbert wrote 1x 2.5 Gb/s WAN/LAN and 1x 1 Gb/s LAN instead. You can see both blue colored combo ports on the pictures.
