Toshiba released a new series of nvme ssds with their OCZ RC100 series. The SSDs are equipped with Toshiba's latest 64-layer 3d-tlc nand-memory chips and are offered in 120GB, 240GB and 480GB.... Toshiba Launches a Cost effective NVMe M.2 SSD
It's even lacking the cache dram, so I'm sure it will be cheap. Personally, I'm not sure I'd go that barebones with an SSD. My mobo's M.2 socket is still sitting empty, but who knows, with the NAND prices dropping nicely, the situation just might change.
