Why anyone would fast forward through any of it is beyond me!
That was the only let down, would've been epic seeing one of them experience the traditional Pug-spec-torsion-bar-sideways-in-a-straight-line effect in action.
long time ago....
I do enjoy a good old french hot hatch
haven't watched this show in ages, now's the time to get started again hehe
Its that time of week again
About an hour to go.
I dont bother watching it live anymore. Just fast forward through and watch the odd interesting bits.
Too staged, same old same old stuff its like de ja vu every series.
The specials are usually good though still
Alfa 4c and McLaren P1 tonight, should prove interesting
Epic episode was epic.
That Maclaren is epic.
It's an entertainment show
Pretty good episode, definitely want a 4C still.
Clarkson was right. That P1 is jaw-dropping
I wish they would have let the 4C post a time on their track
P1 amazing beyond amazing. And 4C nice lil alfa it's really reasonably priced fast car and a beauty
Indeed but whilst watching all I could think is, what if they had dumped the electric motor, the batteries and the gubbins that does the power transfer and had instead put a slightly larger engine it. Surely it would have been lighter than the current set up and it would have been even faster?
It's already been done with the Veyron. I think you've missed the point of this car completely.
nah the veyron weighs like 4200 lbs. if you take all the batteries and electric crap out of the mclaren it would lose 170kg putting it around 2700lbs. It may not be faster than a veyron in a straight line but that would sure make it more fun around a track
Just remind me again of the Veyron's emissions and fuel consumption.
The P1 would probably be quicker around town too, with electric motors filling in the gaps in the rev range.
Incredible. Watched it 3 times now
I'm not keen on the back end but ****ing hell what a car.
